A qualified music educator visits us once a week and offers all children early musical education.<\/p>\n<p>We find it important that our \u2013 both German- and English-speaking \u2013 qualified early years educators are able to concentrate on their daily work. That\u2019s why they are assisted by a school janitor, three colleagues in the kitchen, and a further colleague in administration. We encourage and finance further educational training for our early years educators.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, there are regular team meetings, planning days, supervision and team events for our early years educators.
