Our team
We are a dedicated, international, diverse team of approx. 40 staff members who grow together and who work closely together throughout the entire facility.
We also have a partnership with the Neu-Isenburg school of music. A qualified music educator visits us once a week and offers all children early musical education.
We find it important that our – both German- and English-speaking – qualified early years educators are able to concentrate on their daily work. That’s why they are assisted by a school janitor, three colleagues in the kitchen, and a further colleague in administration. All staff members also have regular working hours.
At Toddlers, training new qualified early years educators and offering continuing education for all other colleagues is a priority. We encourage and finance further educational training for our early years educators.
In addition, there are regular team meetings, planning days, supervision and team events for our early years educators. Each of our qualified early years educator has fixed preparation times (to plan and structure projects, to document, and to prepare for parent and development meetings).
Regularly assessing our concepts and, if necessary, updating and expanding them, is very important for us.
